To meet the requirements of the use of aluminum, ensure the effective isolation between the contents and aluminum tube, protective material must be sprayed on the inner wall which has chemical stability as the protective film, the general coating material is like the epoxy resin, so the machine is called Internal Lacquering Machine.

After working in Annealing Oven, the tube will be involved into internal lacquering machine.There are 6 spray guns fixed on the roller, running together and finishing a working cycle.The gun passes through a circle, the chain goes through two rotors, that is a single spray gun spraying once every other tube. Therefore, each aluminum tube has been sprayed three times. In addition, each gun is individually controlled, which can be set according to user requirements to the spraying process.
